水溶性液のロングライフ化

水溶性切削液、洗浄液、離型剤 cutting fluid, parts wash, mold release agent

切削液に混入する他油、金属くずカーボン等のコンタミが、液の劣化〜悪臭の主な原因です。日常的に他油とスラッジの除去を行えば、液の寿命は飛躍的に伸びます。また悪臭の発生を抑えることができます。
使用済みの洗浄液には、エマルジョン化した油分が含まれているため、廃水処理コストが高くなります。洗浄液から、エマルジョン化した油分やコンタミを除去して、洗浄液の濃度管理を行えば、排水を大幅に減らすことも可能です。
白色離型剤は、他油やコンタミが混入するため、ほとんど一度の使用で廃棄されます。油分・コンタミの除去をするとリユースも可能となり廃棄コストの削減ができます。

Other oil, carbon, metal-contamination in the cutting fluid is a major cause of deterioration of the liquid and the stench. To remove sludge and other oil on a daily basis, the life of the liquid dramatically extends. You can also reduce the occurrence of stench.
The used cleaning solution contains the oil emulsion, that will make the waste-water treatment costs. To remove the emulsified oils and contaminants from the mash and to be well control the concentration , can significantly reduce wastewater treatment costs.
White mold release agent contains the oil and other contaminants is drain away almost by one time use. If oil and contamination are removed and the abandonment cost can be reduced, reuse becomes possible, too.

潤滑油・作動油・研磨油などのロングライフ化

油圧機器は生産設備の心臓、作動油は血液に例えられます。作動油の微細なゴミは、油圧機器を不安定にさせます。油圧機器にとって一番大切なことは、作動油の汚染管理です。時には数ミクロン以下のゴミをも除去する作動油管理が必要です。
また、作動油・潤滑油に、結露や漏水、クーラントからの混入した水分は、稼動部分やタンク内の錆の発生させ、バルブのかじり、詰まり、焼き付きの原因となります。また圧力変化によるキャビテーションも発生します。混入水分は油の酸化劣化をも促進します。
精密加工工程での洗浄には灯油などの炭化水素系の洗浄油が多く使用されています。この洗浄油にはPRTR法で処理が厳しく管理されているキシレンなどが含まれています。洗浄油の汚れを除去して、ロングライフ化を図り、環境に優しい洗浄を達成したい。
研磨油に残ってしまう微細な研磨くずは、ミクロンレベルのため、遠心分離機での分離除去も難しく、ナノレベルのフィルターをも詰まらせてしまいます。荷電凝集濾過ならこの微細な粉塵を除去して油のリユースをすすめられます。
